Life can become difficult trying to cut through the noise and confusion of everyday life. The confusion ultimately impacts on our relationships and our ability to make decisions, resulting in depression or anxiety and a sense of isolation. Our thoughts, feelings and behaviour become a confused mesh of which we have no understanding and have difficulty discussing or explaining to others. Counselling helps by working collaboratively with the guided exploration of your ‘here and now’ issues or difficulties. I am an Integrative Counsellor specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( CBT) proven to be affective in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression and Eating Disorders.
