Deciding to approach counselling can be daunting maybe increasing your levels of anxiety or maybe you have benefited from counselling or therapy in the past. At the first session we can explore your expectations of counselling and bring any queries or apprehensions that you may have. If you decide that we could work together we can schedule  further sessions suitable for us both depending on work patterns and commitments.  I have found personally and professionally that Counselling can lead to a self acceptance, an increased self esteem by learning skills to challenge behaviour and thoughts now and in the future independent of counselling.

I have worked successfully in a community project, Anxiety UK and  in my  private practice. I am an Anxiety UK approved therapist and provide telephone and skype counselling to Anxiety UK members. For clients with high levels of Depression or Anxiety telephone counselling provides counselling in your home environment and can be a step towards Face to face  Counselling.

Telephone Counselling can benefit those who are restricted by a lack of Transport or with family commitments. Payment is required in advance of which paypal is useful.

I am member of the BACP and accredited membership with the National Counselling Society and work in accordance with their ethical guidelines.

I offer face to face counselling in Belfast and Lisburn. I work flexible hours also providing telephone and web counselling. If you have any queries I can be contacted via the email link above, by text or mobile. If you reach my voice mail when I am working, please leave a message as to how and when you wish to be contacted. I will respond to queries asap.
